Hello Vladimir,

I am a CIS Graduate student at the University of Oregon in the United
States. I don't know you and honestly I found your name randomly from what
looked like CS students at the University of Belgrade.

Obviously I don't even know if you speak English (I speak no Serbian, but
can understand some from similarities to Russian) so I'll keep this contact
short. I felt that since our countries were involved in something
approximating a war any conversations between people in our two countries
couldn't be a bad thing.

If you can't or don't want to reply because of pressure either personal or
political that is more than understandable. If you can I'd certainly
appreciate someone to exchange information with in Belgrade.
