I even heard Clinton's statement that bombing will go well into summer, because "historically (!!!!!) weather is better in May than in April, and better in June than in May". Real historian, I must admit. Neither party here has no options but bad options, and they are both (NATO and Yugoslav government) afraid to make moves that could cost them dearly in near future.
